"Cross of Christ Lutheran Church contracted with Mando Environmental to implement a building management system (BMS) for our 51.000sf facility located in Bloomeld Hills, Michigan. We implemented the Carrier iVu system for our heating. cooling, boilers. exterior lighting and select interior lighting controls. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Mr. Mando and his team of technicians maintained a professional presence in our facility whilst installing the system. The system has proven to be seamless, exible (we are currently adding more lighting control zones), easy to use and effective.

Mr. Mando is an excellent trainer. He explained what I needed to know when I needed to know it, taught me shortcuts and helped me make intelligent energy efficiency decisions. He took seemingly complex tasks, explained the tasks in the context of the big picture and then broke the tasks down into manageable parts. I was running the system in four hours. The energy management aspect of my job is much easier now and we are more consistent in controlling our energy consumption.
